REFUND?

I've invested heavily in two separate projects.

I love GoDaddy and the products, I'm just curious as to the refund policy?

What I consider a good bit of money has already been collected from my funds by the company. Like I mentioned, I really enjoy the options and features.

 

-I'd also be interested if any one knew of a complaint form?

 

Regardless of refund policy, I'm going to look elsewhere. Being belittled and spoken to rudely are unacceptable in how I perform my business. Granted so many customer specialists here are the nicest you could ever hope to talk with, but I'm very sturdy on my morals. I'm not going to even call again. Don't want an apology. Just a few questions I asked, but came here to ask of refund policy, in case of no reply to a service, that I believed provided more technical services.
