Refund requested two weeks ago not received

I have requested a refund on the 19/3. It is now the 30/3 and I have not received a refund yet. I find this not a nice gesture at all Godaddy...

Thanks for posting @Tyde79. There are only a few situations I can think of that would hold up a refund that long. The first would be that you're receiving a refund via paper check. Those can take several weeks to arrive. Another would be if the refund request was rejected for some reason. Usually we send an email if that's the case.

 

If you want to find out more about your refund, you'll need to contact our customer care team. This is a community forum rather than a support form. Users here do not have access to internal GoDaddy systems and generally aren't able to assist with account specific issues.
