Will not accept payment. Says something missing, but nothing is. Been on the phone with a rep.

As stated, keep getting a message that something in a field is amiss, but all info correct. Rep was not able to figure out why.

Were you trying to add the payment method from the Payment Methods section or from the Shopping Cart? If you were in Payment Method section make sure the country code section is selected for the phone number. Also try using a private or incognito browsing window to see if that allows the payment method to be added. Best regards, Brett M.
