Wrongfully charged VAT

We been a customer of GoDaddy since 2016. Never had any issues at all. Until October 2020. Suddenly they started to charge us VAT on our invoices. We are a EU business with a valid VAT number. It has been and is in our account profile, never been changed nor updated it remains the same.

After being bounced around CC by chat, phone, email since the 26th November now, still no one can explain what happened, make a refund or credit so we can can get correct invoices for accounting. Getting the wrong phone numbers, email contact details several times this starts to be really annoying. Being sent to some email bots that then claiming they cannot help due to being wrong department, phone CC saying "they are kind of idiots over there" or they do not want to help me on this case does not help the situation at all. Today in third round with chat support, for the past hour still no solution. In a weeks time there will be a new invoice, if its charged with VAT again I guess legal actions and filing a report to HRMC for tax fraud is our only option. 

Anyone else having the same issues, did you find a solution?
