i was charged twice for a domian that i wasn't given access to

Godaddy you guys, your support is great at all, no live chat to lay my complaints to or neither is there a number for me to contact for my country. 

you guys pop up a message that my transaction wasn't successful yet i was charged, i stupidly tried again, yet again i was charged. 

please i need you guys to refund me.
