How to Delete Empty Space at Top of Page in Mobile Version of Website

I've managed to make our church website fairly mobile friendly, but there continues to be a long space that needs scrolled through from the top of the page until you hit the first image, which is the church's name/logo that appears at the top of the page one the desktop version.  How do I close that gap?  the site is hopelutheransunbury.org

It looks like you're using Website Builder v7.  You can turn off the mobile conversion in the Site Features, that can be found by going to Edit Website, then click the 3 line menu in top right corner and select Site Settings.

Here is a reference manual for WBv7

The current generation platform uses a different method for layout and the themes are responsive to the screen size.  They are very different in other ways too, but I suggest giving the free trial a go to test if it'll work for your needs (you can try it on a free temporary domain and not affect the live site, then switch over if/when ready).
