Applied for "unavailable domain", but it does not appear anywhere on my account.

Hi, 

 

I have applied for "unavailable domain", but it does not appear anywhere on my account. I have a receipt, but it only shows me "Website builder business" in "My products". 

How does it work? Where can I get updates on my application?

Thank you for your post. I am not familiar with the "unavailable domain" application. Usually if you purchase a website builder with a free domain offering and the domain you submit is already registered or not apart of the promo restrictions you will receive the error message "unavailable domain". But this does not submit an application for the domain. 

 

However, we do have 2 other similar processes. One is called a "Domain Backorder" and the other is refereed to as "Domain Buy Service"

Thank you for the links, I will have a look!

 

"Unavailable domain" is when I search for a domain name and it comes up as "taken", then they ask if I want to get it..

 

Sorry, DOMAIN NAME is taken. Still want it? Here's what you do.

 

When I click on the link at the end a message come up:

Let Us Help You Get That Domain
