Domain trainsfer failure - serious concern

Hi

I hope someone can help how to get this solved.

Transfer domain from another host was done - payment taken, and "thanks you email was received", followed by an email:

Your request to transfer the domain name ********** has failed for the following reason(s):
The registry rejected the transfer request due to an invalid authorization code.
Your transfer request will remain active in our system for 30 days, after which time it will expire.Once any standing issues have been resolved with your current registrar, you will be free to reinitiate the transfer through us as long as the transfer has not expired.
You may be able to resolve the error simply by resubmitting the domain transfer request. To do so, log in to your account. Under the Domains heading, select Transfers. Select the transfers to retry and then click Restart Transfer
To retrieve your customer number or password hint or to reset your password, click here
If you have any questions, visit Online Support or call us at +1 (480) 505-8877.

Now, tried to see the transfer again, it said the domain is already under godaddy.

Howevr money was taken.

The authorization code was copied and pasted.

under "manage all" domains, it is not listed there.

Where is the domains?

And hope someone can help fixing this. It was frustrating and a regret. 5 minutes max job taking far more.

@masad You're receiving the message that the domain is already at Godaddy because there is already a transfer in the system for that domain. The invalid authorization code has to do with your losing registrar, I would request the authorization code again and make sure that you're coping the enter code including commas and special characters without any spaces at the end. This is the most common reason for that error message.
