Payment using debit/credit card fails when buying domains.

Why does payment using debit and credit card fails while buying new domains usinf USD currency? I have been trying to buy domains for my users of MV Softwares, but each time payments have failed.

If you're having trouble with a payment method to your account, you can try several actions. If none of these solve your issue, you'll want to call GoDaddy support so the billing team can help you out.

 

  1. Try adding your payment method using a private/incognito browsing window (to avoid caching earlier data).
  2. Check out the article here and make sure your payment method is accepted in your region. 
  3. If the payment method is valid, but the purchase failing to go through, contact your banking institution to see if they are declining the charge.
