    Subdomain not loading.

    Please I had a subdomain on my cpanel. And all of s sudden I can’t see any of the files. When I load the sites url it says “future home of something quite cool” . Please is there anyway I can get a backup from godaddy because I have not done a manual backup at all. Really urgent?????

    @Oseetar 

     

    I would check

    1) To make sure the subdomain is still in the cpanel settings and if so check the home directory settings

    2) See if the files are in the file manager

     

    If you do need a backup - GoDaddy will sometimes have a backup they can restore from - I believe the fee is $150 but I'm not 100% sure of that - you would need to call into support
