Subdomains not working since changing data center region

Hi

I previously had my domain on the America's data center. I changed this region to Europe last week and now my subdomains set up in cPanel are not working. When I go to the subdomains, it says;

Future home of something quite cool.
If you're the site owner, log in to launch this site
If you are a visitor, check back soon.

The subdomains are still visible in cPanel pointing to folders.

Did you remember to update the DNS for the subdomains to point to the new IP address?
