My website went down today because of Entry processes that reached the max. I contacted the Support, they asked me to upgrade.
I Upgraded, and the problem is still there, the website is still down, and the entry processes were 100, now it is 125, and it is still max.
What is the solution?

If you are still having trouble after upgrading your account, you will want to review your site and look for ways to optimize it. If you are using WordPress, you might want to start by disabling any plugins. If you are hosting multiple sites on your hosting plan, you might want to consider hosting them on separate plans.
