Ok well I had purchased this domain last year which was a mistake, so through out the whole year I kept turning off its auto renewal and waiting for it to expire.
Yet, a day or so back, It automatically renewed and charged my card. And now there is no live support or anything for me to reach and try and get a refund as I was looking into purchasing two other domains that I will actually be using.
And I'm situated in UAE and definitely can't call a number that will cost me more than the cost of domain itself per minute.
So i there a way to get this refunded and cancelled properly or the only way for me is to reach my bank and ask them to get it sorted.
