website footer

The screenshot ( screenshot of footer ) displays the footer which isn't 'static' at the bottom of the page. Using Microsoft Edge (Version 86.0.622.56) and Google Chrome (Version 86.0.4240.111), the results are the same and accessed developer mode to input the following which seems to correct the footer (at least on the login page):

position: absolute;
bottom: 0;

While I understand the CSS of your post - GoDaddy may want the floating footer bar. They have had this design for quite sometime I'm sure it is not an oversight
