User Registration Plugin recommendation? Invalid Nonce with Ultimate Member

Does anyone have a user registration / management plugin recommendation that works well in the Managed Wordpress Hosting option?

They key feature I'm looking for and that Ultimate Member provides:  User Registration with Admin Approval (available in their free version), restrict content to logged in users.

However, at Login, users are often getting "Invalid Nonce" error.  Manage WordPress Hosting does not give me the admin nor GoDaddy support many options for managing the cache and forcing the login pages to not be cached.

I am open to other plugins that have worked successfully with Managed WordPress Hosting. Any suggestions?

Personally I'm using Gravity Forms with the Registration Add-on to create the users and the Restrict plugin to restrict content to logged in users

Granted my sites are association sites and not having to deal with payments on top of that but if you need something simple it works

I'm curious do you have the CDN enabled on your site or any other optimization plugins as an Invalid Nonce sounds like it could be related to something with caching - but the Managed WordPress platform even with caching usually plays nicely with things like that

Thank you for your advice @PL281 .  I will check out Gravity Forms and the plugins you mentioned.

Indeed, the users I am registering are not paying users.  So I don't have that headache.  The end goal is to cut down on SPAM and make sure only users for this small community are in the site.

Your Question about "is CDN on": Oh... Yes.  It is on.  I had not considered it.  Most of the users should be in the same city, and at most just spread through this state or maybe somewhere in the USA. I will turn it off to see if it improves the situation.

I do not have any other optimization plugins installed.

Indeed, I would think most plugins and the standard caching would "play nice."

    Thanks again!
