1.) If I log into the database, might you know of a query / command I can type inside phpMyAdmin?
2.) I do not see an option to Change Password when I click View. Please note, if I click View for the SFTP/SSH details area I have an option.... hmmm....

I'm not sure that you can change the database password - as this would also break the WordPress site without adjust the wp-config.php file.
Support maybe able to update the password for you from their side. I've never requested this before so I cannot say for certain.
