Cannot access domain settings

When I try to access my domain settings I am redirected to

https://dcc.godaddy.com/dcc50/DccError.aspx?isc=gofheu13

that displays this message:

We apologize for this inconvenience, but an error has been detected.

The details of the error have been recorded.  We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.  If you need immediate assistance, please contact our customer support department.

Thank You.
I tried to clear the cache and tried different web browser.

Hi @Mackc,

Welcome to the Community!

If the domains were recently registered, some TLDs may require additional time to be delivered to your account. You may also want to check the receipt emailed to you to be sure you are accessing the correct customer number. We recommend you clear the cache of your browser as well, or access the account and domain manager by using a private/incognito browsing window.

Hello @Elashkar, please try using a different browser to access your domain management to see if you're able to proceed.

If you get the same error across multiple browsers, please contact our live support for further assistance.  You can view a list of our contact phone numbers here: https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us.aspx.

Since January 2017 domain setting access has been down?
Do you need to hire some web-masters or what?
How can I make changes to my accounts if I can't access my domains?
Sad, very sad.
