DNS Nameserver Change for Delegated Account

When I manage my own account domains, I never get an email to 'confirm' DNS nameserver changes that I make.  Is it the same for an account to which I have delegated access?  I am trying to change the nameservers for one of my client accounts for which she has given me delegated access (and correct permissions), and the nameservers reverted to what I changed them from.  Don;t know if that was a glitch or there is something different about delegated access.

What is the domain and what are you trying to set the name servers to?

Thanks for the response.  Something must have burped the first time because my second attempt worked and the nameservers are pointing to the right place now.
