Does anyone know how to get hold of the "advance support" team as I have been battling with Godaddy for 4 day to sort out my domain DNS every time I call in a service consultant will tell me that they are working on the problem. In the meantime my whole business is at a standstill as our emails, website and CRM linked to our website does not work because Godaddy is in capable of sorting out the so called DNS issue!!!
There is no direct contact with GoDaddy advanced support agents. The only way to get to them is by contacting GoDaddy support and they upchannel to a tier 2 agent. If you really feel like they're blowing you off, politely ask to speak with a supervisor, explain the situation, and they should be able to get you directed on the right path.
