I created a 2nd domain but cannot connect with FTP

I added a new domain to my account so I could build a new website in that domain, but I cannot connect my FTP to it. (Cyberduck). I can connect to my first domain, but not the new one. I'm not sure what the problem is, or how to correct it.

Welcome to the Community!

Were you able to resolve your connection issue to the GoDaddy hosting plan? First, make sure you are using a Deluxe or higher plan to use the second domain. There will need to be another folder for the content of that second domain's website. 

You may want to show a screenshot of the error in Cyberduck, so other Community users familiar with the product can provide some advice. Here is a general cPanel article for uploading via FTP.
