Hello,
I tryied to install SSL certificate and have accidently changed Active Domain. Active Domain was api.domain-name.com. I changed it to domain-name.com. But the client used top level domain (domain-name.com) using weebly. Weebly is blocked in my country so I didn't know about its existence. domain-name.com and api.domain-name.com don't work anymore, but it's not the most problem.
I returned api.domain-name.com back (as Active Domain) but sites still return DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error (This site can’t be reached). I checked api.domain-name.com in domains list in cpanel and it presents (and all other sub-domain *.api.domain-name.com present too). But anything doesn't work.
I checked DNS records and all looks good (actually I didn't change anything, so it should be OK).
I also cannot open site using ip address. I got a standard godaddy page 'Future home of something quite cool.'. I also cannot access file using FTP, although ftp user presents (I think because of DNS).
I cannot understand what happens.
Can anyone help me, please?

Hello glebkniazkov, I hope you are well. Thank you for posting in GoDaddy community. You can change Domain Name on your SSL.
You can change your SSL certificate's "common name," which is the primary domain name that the certificate secures and encrypts. How you change your common name is dependent on where your certificate is currently hosted:
Certificate hosted on: What to do:
Primary domain on a GoDaddy hosting account |
|
GoCentral account |
|
Anywhere else | Follow the steps below. |
Hosted Do this…
Shared hosting or Site Builder | Select Change to a hosted domain, and then select the domain name you want to use. |
Elsewhere | Deselect Change to a hosted domain. Enter the Common nameyou want to use for the certificate. |
Note: With Deluxe and Extended Validation SSLs, you can only change the common name; you cannot change the organization's information.
