Receiving domain after payment

I have purchased a domain but it is not visible in my product list. and no replay for domain name perches no email. i want my doamin name - rajneta.press is display my product list.

Unfortunately. the volunteers on the Community Boards can't access Account Management features for customers. The only way you can get this resolved is to contact phone or live chat support. They should be able to correct the issue or tell you what's going on.
