So my website is linked to a Shopify store. I have a Godaddy hosted support email. I setup this email in Outlook and discovered that while I can send an e-mail, any emails sent to this godaddy support email get bounced back. This is the message I get...

What is your domain - more than likely your MX record needs to be updated
