I have an email account on Workspace and I am not able to receive emails from Gmail accounts specifically. All other email providers seem to work fine. Any suggestions?
Hi @mfirim. Welcome to GoDaddy Community!
If the email is getting rejected by our servers, then a bounceback should be getting sent to the sending Gmail account. If you can get a copy of the bounceback and provide it here, that may help others help you identify a cause for this. Hope you're able to get it figured out!
I am having the same problem. here is the error message:

Welcome to the community!
I see your trace has been modified to remove a few specific details, but i think I recognize the issue. The "Recipient not found" error is something I commonly see for one of two reasons.
The first, the email address sent to may not exist. The second, MX records on the domain name for the recipient address are not setup correctly. If the email address is a Workspace email account, you'll want to check the MX settings here.
Let us know if that helps.

Hi! for the past couple of days I've been getting the following error whenever I send an email to my godaddy domain email that I set up with gmail:
Final-Recipient: rfc822; email@example.com
Remote-MTA: dns; mail.getsmeerd.com. (188.8.131.52, the server for the domain getsmeerd.com.)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 <firstname.lastname@example.org> No such user here
Last-Attempt-Date: Sat, 02 Sep 2017 12:52:52 -0700 (PDT)
getsmeerd.com is my domain registered via godaddy. Help is greatly appreciated as I don't know what to do. Thanks!
Hey everyone, I have been having the same issue for a long time. Not only is gmail not getting to me (except ones that have my email in their contacts like my wife's email) but many of my clients. It is very difficult to do business when your clients can't reach you. I was able to set up gmail to catch all emails going to my GoDaddy email.
The only difference on my end, people are not receiving an error message, the emails are not getting to my email.
I don't see any solutions here yet.
Have any of you switched to either Outlook (What GoDaddy is pushing) or Blue Host email?
Not Outlook or Blue Host, but we are seriously considering moving email to g-suite. For GoDaddy to force it and provide no way to opt out of their relays is a bit ridiculous and getting old.
