Cannot add an email address because the domain in different region
I cannot add an email address because the other email address within the same plan are in different region. How do I change all my domains to same region? Why was the region different in the first place?
The email account regions are selected when you first activate the email credit. If you want to choose a different region, you'd need to cancel the active account and then select a different region when you reactive the credit. I'd suggest contacting live support for help with this process.
