Need help - I cannot manage my webmail. I want to delete folders; move emails to various folders and delete individual emails as I see fit. All these tools have stopped working. Purge however is still working. What is the solution to this problem that seems to have been happening since 23 September. I cannot manage my business like this!

Thank you for posting. This issue sounds like it's one that we're aware of and are working to correct. It's only affecting folks who have more than 10k emails in a single folder. There is a workaround that may work for you:
1. Log into Workspace Web base email.
2. Click Adv. Search (Top Left).
3. Adjust the Search parameter to choose one folder.
4. Leave the search field blank.
5. Narrow the search results to one day using the Date from and Date to.
6. Click “Search”.
7. This will display the list of email messages received during that time frame.
Give that a shot.

If you are unsure of the dates that you may have tried to move the folders what then?
This alert completely stops down productivity as the alert has to be addressed even with outlook running in the background.
How does restricting an advanced search to one day within a folder delete a folder? This clearly does not work.
I've been having problems too since the end of September -- signing in and now unable to delete folders. I have an empty folder and cannot delete it either.
To move folders or delete folders just right click on them and either move them or delete the folder you no longer want.
But seems to be still unanswered: How does one delete the entire Folder?
If anyone else besides me is still having this issue -- deleting, moving, creating folders -- I have found that switching to classic view will allow this. Easy to clean up the folders for the updated view.
