ERROR 552 Emails bounce back



2 of my users are facing email bounce back with error 552. They are sending emails through outlook and we are subscribed to go daddy professional email. Most of their contents are JPEG Image in the body with the website of company hyperlinked.


How to resolve this issue?


If I every time call godaddy there support is worst. They don't care to resolve the issue even you I call 20 times.

This error message states that the message was rejected for spam. You can only resolve this by changing the content of the email. I suggest removing any attachments and URLs/domain names.

There's basically no reason to use Godaddy email for business. Your clients will get bounceback messages when they try to email you, and Godaddy will tell you to tell your clients to go through a 10 step fix. It's absurd. I had to just start using my personal gmail account to get anything done. After about a year I wanted to be professional again and use my domain email address again. I linked it up to Outlook and I'm having the same problem again. It's absurd. How many businesses use Outlook? Synching up your domain email shouldn't be this difficult.
