Email forwarding not working

I bought a domain through Go Daddy and have a free email forwarding pack. I set it up my domain email xxxxx@domain.co.uk and then added a forwarding email address xxxxxx@hotmail.co.uk account. But I am not receiving any emails to my hotmail. WhT am I doing wrong?

Hi @cazzie. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! Forwarding is usually pretty straight forward to set up. My guess would be that your domain doesn't have the correct MX Records to use the forwarding service. Keep in mind that you can not use the forwarding if you're using another email product like Office 365, cPanel email, or a 3rd party provider. If you're not sure what MX Records to use, please see the instructions here. I hope that helps.
