I just moved my 365 account from one account in GoDaddy to another account in Godaddy. How can I access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center which I used to have? I am not talking about Exchange Admin center.

You could also try that.
I believe you can access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by logging in at https://www.office.com/ and clicking the 6 dots that make up a square in the top left corner of your browser. It should provide an option that says "Admin."
