I set up my email accounts two or three days ago. but it is still being set up. I don't have any idea how it takes more time. It seems to be got lost. I am from South Korea and we cannot call every time I need a help because your chat support is closed always when we need help.
Setup of a new address shouldn't take longer than an hour. If it's already been several days, you'll need to reach out to our live support via 24/7 phone or live chat when available (Mon-Fri 5AM-6PM UTC-7) so our teams can help investigate why the setup is not completing. Since this is a public discussion forum, no one here is going to have access to your account.
