    Migrate emails

    Hi

     

    I need your help, I want to migrate the emails to another server but I sell an error that is not migration, can I help by selling this? otherwise, they could provide me with a backup of my account's panel

     

    this is the message:

     

    Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API!
    Fetching current backups from remote server …cPanel Login Failed: 403 Forbidden Access denied
    Failed to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API.
    Failed: Error while executing “/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove”. The “/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove XXX.com XXX” command (process 389008) reported error number 1 when it ended.:

    Based on this error it seems that either the new server is blocked by a firewall or there is an error in the id / password

     

    It's telling you access denied - I would re-confirm the password for both servers and try again. 

     

    The other option is running a backup in cpanel and then moving the backup between servers and running a restore on the new server
