Not receiving email - But can send - Outlook (have only recently restarted using)
Hi, Please assist.
Seems I cant receive emails but I can send. When somebody sends me email it says its delivered successfully but I cant see the email at all in any folder even if I update send and receive. I can send emails fine.
I have no idea why this is happening. Please assist

If you can share the domain for your email address, that may allow others to offer further suggestions/hints as to how you can move forward.
