About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a second domain name(matthew.systems) from GoDaddy. I'm trying to setup a forwarding email address, from the new domain, to an existing email address on my primary domain (matthewbhowell.com). The problem is that, when I send test emails from the forwarding email address, on the new domain, they are not being received by the existing email address on the primary domain.
I've been on hold with GoDaddy support for the last hour, and was just told that it will be more than an hour before I can speak with a Support rep. Am I wasting my time, at this point, trying to get my email forwarding issue resolved?
Were you able to get your forwarding email issue resolved? It appears from an external lookup that your MX records are correct for the domain. If you are still having issues, please contact our customer care team for help so they can get it corrected for you.
