I converted a normal mailbox to a shared mailbox. I would like to remove licence from shared mailbox. How can I do this?

On this one you will likely need to contact support (links at top of page) and transfer to the Productivity department. They handle O365 issues and would likely be able to assist you in getting rid of the shared license or point you in the right direction.
