Office365/Exchange365 forwarding

I set up email in office365 (bought a new account through godaddy), with the purpose of having it forwarded to my marketing company.  However Microsoft blocks forwarding as spam. I have discovered that advanced Spam filter setting is required, as of September 2020. 

I do not know how or where to do this, please help.
