Generally, the easiest way to tell if an email is a phishing attempt is to check the email address. If it doesn't end in @godaddy.com or @secureserver.net, then it isn't likely to be from a legitimate source internal to GoDaddy.

I did check out your site. It looks like it's blank paged 500 error. That could be malware, but Sucuri site check says it's clean. You do need an SSL, but other than the page not loading, that's all I see.

It didn’t end in GoDaddy.com so that’s why I suspected it was spam. Pretty good fake though
