Support team should have training on Cpanel Email

You cannot offer a service if it's not actually going to be supported. I have been dealing with an email crisis all day, while the support team told me all the settings were fine. They were NOT fine. I don't appreciate being constantly upsold, and frankly lied to. I had to fix the problem myself once we finally got an error message to work with.


Note: "Local Email Exchange" is located under Email Routing - there's a forum entry on here that says it's with the MX record - that is apparently out of date.


I have been using Cpanel email elsewhere for 15 years - only HERE is it ever seen as a problem. Give your guys some training to actually solve issues. *smh*
