Hello. I am experiencing same issue. I cant receive incoming mails but can send mails. I contacted my email host company and they said my MX DNS need to be changed on my domain host . I have tried but it doesnt seem to be working. What do I do? Im using accounts on my samsung phone to send mails. Please help as it is urgent.
