I am having a problem with accessing my webmail with my email clients, however webmail does work when i access it with my default mail, I need advice
and my outlook cannot receive emails but can send perfectly
I would really appreciate any help i can get in troubleshooting the two

Please check your settings and rules in your Outlook client. You may have rules created that are filtering or sorting out certain emails, or filters that are sending them to a spam folder. Finding those emails in your webmail, shows they are successfully being sent to the server.

Without knowing more details, it's hard to say what the issue might be.
Were the senders of the emails receiving any errors or bouncebacks?
Do you receive an error when trying to access your email account using Outlook?
Providing your domain name and clarifying which email server you were using would also be helpful.
so i had configured my Godaddy email account into outlook. However, some emails does not get sent to Outlook, but only gets sent to Webmail when i checked it. Please help.
