Did you mean:

sending email to new TLD

Hi all,

First post on here. I've set up an email with my .media domain like **@****.media and each time I send a test email to this new email address I get a message to say it's not recognised and it will not be sent. Am I screwed? Each time a potential client sends an email I will not receive it.

I get the message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<**@****.media>:

host mail.****.media [192.***.***.***]: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.

550-[]:38852 is not permitted to relay through this server without

   550 authentication.

Hi @sean2122dd

Welcome to our forums. Without having the full email address it's hard to troubleshoot this issue via our forums. I suggest reaching out to our support teams with a copy of the email bounce back to determine the issue.
