500 Server Error ASP.NET Web Form (After Uploading)
I've updated a website that consists of an ASP.Net web form and I've started getting 500 server errors. The tech support team tells me that this is "content related" and they cannot help. I don't understand what the problem is at all. I previously had some issues with getting the website started that were fixed by setting the default document to Default.aspx.
It's gotten to the point where I will have to stop using GoDaddy altogether, since ASP.NET hosting is quick and easy elsewhere.

Hello rastadreadlion, I hope you are well. By default, GoDaddy Windows hosting accounts display a custom/generic error when applications generate an exception. This generic error prevents malicious users from obtaining sensitive information about your site.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can modify your web.config file and specify that a detailed error message displays instead of the custom error we created. A detailed error message helps you to locate the specific code that is causing the issue.
You must first disable Custom Error Documents, and then add the detailed error coding to the pages for which you want them to display.
To Disable Custom Error Documents
Log in to your GoDaddy account.
Next to the account you want to use, clickManage.
In the section of the domain name you want to use, clickShow More.
DeselectCustom error documents, and then clickOK.
Now, use the sample code in yourweb.configfile to display detailed error messages on IIS 8:
