Case sensitive problems with mysql.

Hello, I have a shared hosting and I have a case sensitive problems with mysql.

   I need to set lower_case_table_names = 1 but I haven't access  to my.cfg file. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I spoke with the support staff and they told me that the configuration of the mysql could not be modified, since it was a shared hosting. To make that kind of adjustment I would have to move to a virtual or dedicated server.
I finally solved the problem by the long way. I had to modify the DUMP file and put the name of the tables exactly as they were used in the system (The name of the classes of the model - Entity Framework). So when restoring the database all my tables were with the correct name. Greetings and I hope you do not see yourself in the same situation as me.
