Hi @damouk23. A 530 error usually means that the username or password don't match for the account you're trying to access. You may want to try resetting the FTP password to see if that helps. If it doesn't, then there might be an issue with the account in which case you'd need to connect with our hosting team so they can take a look. I hope that helps.
