Can I transfer my existing WordPress hosting from infinityfree.net to GoDaddy via FTP?

Straight Question-
Does GoDaddy give free FTP access and hosting with the 399/monthly domain offer?
If yes then I hope I will be able to download my WordPress directory from infinity free FTP and upload it on GoDaddy FTP right? If no then what will it cost me to do this? Thanks in advance!!

I am not familiar with the plan you mentioned.  A domain name would be the web address (like yourname.com).  cPanel, Plesk, and Managed WordPress plans offer FTP access.

As @Nate says above, a domain is simply your web address. In order to have FTP access, you would need to purchase a hosting plan. For a WordPress, a cPanel Linux account is what you really want. After that, yes, you will have FTP and database access so that you can manually migrate your WordPress website if you wish.
