Customizer menu missing all tabs except “widgets”

My customizer menu missing all tabs except “widgets” when I press “customize” from the front page.

I can’t change font, heading, additional css, etc.

Can someone please help?

Hi @crazytealady1. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! 

More than likely, what you're seeing is the result of a plugin/theme malfunction due to some sort of incompatibility. The best thing to do would be to disable all of your plugins to see if that helps. If it doesn't, then the problem might be something within your theme itself. In that case, reinstalling your theme might be necessary. Others here may have additional suggestions though. Hope you're able to figure this out.

Hi Jesse, 

I have tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling the storefront theme and it is still the same. 

I found I could use the customiser in the avant theme but not many others. 

I have also tried deactivating and deleting all my new plugins as this is only a recent problem and there is still no change. 

Do you think this could be a glitch in the storefront theme? The customiser won't even work in the live preview.. 

Any more suggestions?
