How do I set the relay to relay-hosting.secureserver.net if I have a Managed Wordpress account?

I've been fighting this for hours and I don't have access to CPanel apparently with a Managed Wordpress account. So how do I set the relay to be relay-hosting.secureserver.net?  Thank you in  advance.

As Managed WordPress is a managed platform other than the GoDaddy hosting dashboard, there is no control panel - What are you attempting to do as forms / other mail should just work, you shouldn't have to put in any server information.
