    552 5.2.0 5MR7jm4P88tEQ :DED: Access to this mail system has been blocked

    I have been using Godaddy VPS since last 4 years now. All of a sudden i have started getting below error message when i send email using the CPanel webmail client. 

     

    Customer care has no idea about this and its a dead end since last 3 days which is adversely affecting us. Can someone please help on how to resolve this

    @kaustubhlohiya 

     

    Based on this error 2 things

    1) It looks like an account on your server may have been compromised and used for SPAM

    2) Based on the age of your VPS  - I'm guessing it's still running CentOS 6 and has the November alert

    I suggest purchasing a Gen4 VPS which is a new IP and CentOS 7 - and migrate your accounts to the new server. I would also update the passwords for all the email accounts on the server.
