On a Gen4 VPS server:
Where do I find (or create) the configuration file that sets the phpMyAdmin variables?
Is this controlled for the server, or can it be set for a user on the server?
phpMyAdmin documentation states that $cfg['ZeroConf'] is set true by default, but the user cannot set any preferences except "session only".
