Kristi has an extensive business background in marketing, retail, and business strategy with more than 35 years of experience in corporate America and private consulting. Previous corporate experience includes responsibility for product and marketing decisions for 2,300 Albertson's Food and Drug stores in 38 states, and negotiations with national brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Maybelline and Revlon.
She's a Sales Trainer for C-Level Executives, sales teams & entrepreneurs and specializes in helping individuals and corporate teams learn proven sales & networking systems to peak perform. She has the unique ability to teach communication and collaboration skills that inspire people to rise above personal agendas and work towards a common goal and is passionate about teaching business owners how to use a creative followup system to stay in touch with clients.
Kristi co-authored the book License To Dream – Every Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom Through Network Marketing. She and her co-authors excel at teaching women how to step through limiting beliefs and build successful businesses.
Kristi was one of the Founders of ACEL (AsianCorporate & Entrepreneur Leaders), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing emerging leaders in Arizona.She helped create the Professional Development and Mentorship programs as well as serving as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for 4 years. In 2011, Kristi was the recipient of the Positively Powerful Woman Award for Non-Profit Leadership.
In 2012, Kristi graduated from the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
