    Customer Loyalty Program

This looks like its been discussed a bunch over the forums and I found this response more than once. Between 2016-2019 "Thanks for the feedback here! It's invaluable in deciding which features we should prioritize.  Integrating a loyalty program is a high priority for us, but there have been other challenges we wanted to address first.  The good news is that we think we're getting close.  This is something we're hopeful we may be able to start work on early next year"

Well EJ, you have me thinking that now might be the time to start reviewing other website building platforms that offers real flexibility as far as marketing and design.

I've always wondered why the theme templates, colors and fonts, as well as content available for the site is so limited.

Let us know exactly why we should stay with your company and what the current challenges Godaddy is facing.

Currently GoDaddy is facing the challenge of staying open and servicing customers during this Covid-19 Pandemic.  During this time the website builder team has switched their main focus on features to help small businesses stay open and service their customers, such as pickup and local delivery options.

The platform is streamlined to be quick and easy for beginners and those who do not have enough time.  The idea is you pick a few options and add your content then the software takes care of the rest, but with the simplified set-up there are some hard limitations.  Some people love it and some people hate it.  Many small businesses just need a basic website and never run into the limitations.

New features need to be thoroughly tested and tweaked to make sure they don't interfere with the goal of being quick and easy.  Generally that means sticking with the most mainstream options that are best suited for the core of who this platform is intended for.  If you want to customize the design or if it's lacking features critical to your business this may not be the right option for you.  Another option is WordPress Hosting that has the flexibility of customization and plugins can be installed to add features, but it is not quite as simple as the website builder.
